Tropical Insect Menu Flakes is a multi-ingredient food in the form of flakes based on 3 insects: Hermetia illucens -black fly- (15%), Bombyx mori -silkworm- (15%) and Tenebrio molitor -mealworm- (15%) for omnivorous and carnivorous aquarium fish. The flakes contains only highly-digestible insect protein, rich in amino acids, which are essential for fish. High fat content, including Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, is a source of energy for fish and supports their skin function. Insect protein stimulates the growth of probiotic lactic acid bacteria, which results in better digestion, faster growth and greater immunity of fish.
