Usually, deliveries in Ireland takes 1-2 working days, and Northern Ireland may take 2-3 days. International delivery can be arranged only after prior arrangements with the owner of the store. Please remember to check your order thoroughly on arrival and any obvious signs of damage to the packaging should be reported to the driver when signing for the item and in serious cases, you may be entitled to refuse delivery.
We will normally process and dispatch your order the next working day of order placement or subject to stock availability. Actual delivery times after dispatch will depend on the carrier used, delivery address or any special delivery options you select.

Delivery Charges

All standard orders placed on the Midland Aquatic Solutions website ( are subject to additional charges for handling, packing and delivery. These are calculated and displayed during the ordering process. We reserve the right to alter these displayed charges after order completion in the event of large/heavy parcels or parcels with livestock which may require additional charges. All charges are based on the actual price plans of the courier company.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank/PayPal account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/PayPal account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, check your bank/PayPal account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as livestock, frozen food, additional non-returnable items are gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have had the item for less than 30 days, you will be entitled in any event to a refund under this policy, alternatively, you may request that we repair or replace the item. If you have had the item for more than 30 days, you may be entitled to have the item repaired or replaced. However, if the fault appeared after six months we may require you to prove that the item was faulty at the time of delivery to you. Unless expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions or elsewhere, we do not provide any warranty in addition to your statutory rights.

Shipping returns

Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing a part due to reasons not related to our error will not be eligible for a return or refund.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our local shop: Gandon Court, Unit 1, Fairgreen, Co. Laois, Eir code: R32 YN29, Ireland. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We reserve the right to send back the exchanged product to you within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the product.
