Description

6-stage reverse osmosis system with mineralizer!
RO6 osmosis water filter
Our six-stage system treats water using reverse osmosis, allowing for very high water quality. It meets the high requirements and expectations of customers, so it is ideal for food applications and everyday home use.

If you are someone who cares about a healthy lifestyle, taking care of the quality of the drinking water you drink every day is extremely important. Therefore, it is worth paying attention to this reverse osmosis filter – RO6, which combines high efficiency with low operating costs. This is definitely one of the best systems of this type available on the market. The set offered here is a successful combination of high-class components characterized by excellent efficiency and quality of operation. The membrane used in this filter has an efficiency of 75 gpd, which allows you to obtain up to 280 liters of perfectly tasty and, above all, healthy water for your entire family per day. One of the most important and critical elements in every water filter is the spout that is used many times every day. The device includes a reliable GW-W2-04-CH spout that can operate failure-free and efficiently even after many years of use. The construction of the RO6 series water filter is based on three standard 10-inch filter housings in an opaque white color.

The six-stage reverse osmosis system not only filters but also enriches the water with minerals, providing you with the highest quality water. Drinking water from your tap has never been safer!

Steps of filtering drinking water in RO6 reverse osmosis filter:
Polypropylene foam insert 5 microns GW-PS5-10 – removes mechanical impurities larger than 5 microns. Replacement is recommended at least every 6 months.
Polypropylene foam insert 1 micron GW-PS1-10 – removes smaller mechanical impurities contained in water, larger than 1 micron. Replacement is recommended every 6 months.
Carbon cartridge (carbon block) GW-BL-10 – the activated carbon used in this cartridge purifies water, removing chemical compounds from polluted water such as chlorine, chlorophenols, fluorides, detergents and others. The cartridge is activated when it is turned on and poured with water and works for a period of 6 months or after 8,000 liters of water have been pumped through it.
Osmotic membrane 75 gpd – removes 96-99.8% of all chemical compounds dissolved in water. It is the most important input in the entire water filtration process. The inside of the membrane causes water to separate at the molecular level. Then, clean water accumulates in a special pressure tank, while at the same time the separated pollutants go into the sewage system. The membrane has a filtration capacity of 0.0006 microns. Depending on the degree of contamination of raw water, the efficiency of the membrane is up to 280 liters per day; It is recommended to replace the membrane at least every 36 months.
GW-CCA-L2 linear carbon cartridge – this is the next stage of filtration, in which a special cartridge filled with coconut charcoal, which improves the quality and smell of water by purifying water from volatile and odorous substances. The cartridge should be replaced at least every 6 months.
GW-MIN-L2 dolomite mineralizing cartridge – I mineralize water by enriching purified osmotic water with the following minerals and trace elements: Ca2+ – 34 mg/l, Mg2+ – 12 mg/l, Na+ – 22 mg/l, K+ – 8.5 mg /l, CO32- – 10 mg/l, SO42- – 0.3 mg/l, Cl- – 0.8 mg/l, F- – 0.06 mg/l, giving it the characteristic taste of mineral water. The mineralizer requires replacement every 12 months.

How does a reverse osmosis water purification filter work?
Reverse osmosis, also called molecular filtration, is a natural process whose essence is the separation of water from substances dissolved in it without the use of chemicals.
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a process in which contaminated water penetrates through a semi-permeable membrane.

Water under the influence of pressure, passing through the membrane from a solution of higher concentration to a solution of lower concentration, is permanently separated from contaminants, which are discharged into the sewage.

By using a membrane with a hole size matching the size of pure water molecules, we achieve water separation at the molecular level.
