The use of Montmorillonite in water reservoirs has a positive effect on the health and development of all living organisms and plants. It releases many micronutrients that activate enzymes, hormones and vitamins for their proper functioning. It stimulates the growth of beneficial bacteria in the water reservoir.
The idea of ​​using Montmorillonite in water reservoirs comes from Japan. Breeders of Koi Carp, very popular in Japan – fish with an attractive coloration, bred, among others, by in ponds – they noticed that Montmorillonite added to the water significantly improved the color and vitality of these fish. Also, Japanese ornamental shrimp breeders use Montmorillonite in their water tanks, which influences their coloration, especially of Caridina shrimps.

How to use
We recommend approx. 100 g for 50-70 liters of aquarium water. Can be placed directly in the aquarium in one or more pieces or as an addition to the filter. The mineral will retain its properties for about 4-6 months. Then it must be replaced.
