Master Soil – Japanese active soil 3l Black Powder

Master Soil is a Japanese aquarium substrate. Master Soil the substrate naturally regulates the parameters of the water in the aquarium by lowering the value of the pH, GH and KH parameters. Master Soil has more plant nutrients (mainly fulvic and humic acids as well as minerals) than, for example, Platinum Soil. Master Soil can also be used for breeding ornamental bee shrimps and tropical fish.
Master Soil active substrate is produced in Japan from natural soil. As a result, the Master Soil substrate has excellent absorption properties, very high porosity, which prevents the formation of anaerobic zones and accelerates the colonization of Master Soil granules with large colonies of bacteria that quickly decompose “ammonia” (NH4 +) and nitrite (NO2). As a result, the time between water changes is significantly longer.

Master Soil is available in three types of graining: super powder, powder and normal, and in two bag capacities of 8 liters and 3 liters. The particle size distribution of the Master Soil active substrate is as follows:
Master Soil super powder is approx. 1.0 – 2.0 mm,
Master Soil powder is approx. 2.5 – 3.0 mm in size,
Master Soil normal is about 4.0 – 5.0 mm in size.

Do not use Master Soil in conjunction with other substrates. Master Soil does not require the use of additional bedding. Use only in freshwater aquariums for breeding ornamental fish and plants not intended for consumption. Do not use filter cartridges or chemicals that lower the pH and KH. Otherwise, the pH and KH values ​​may drop uncontrolled. The product is not a cure for plant and fish diseases. Packaging may cause suffocation. Keep away from children.
