Ultra-active high-performance medium with phosphate adsorption capacity.
It uses the “NanoIntelex” technology, thanks to which it was possible to create an improved, ultraactive filter material with over 500% greater efficiency than conventional media possessing the phosphate adsorption property.
Each 1 g medium removes about 30-100 mg phosphates, depending on their initial concentration in the aquarium.
It has an open structure and a large usable area, which directly translates into excellent flow properties and increased efficiency of the adsorption process.

Instructions for use
Prior to using Xport PO4 Cubes, mechanical pre-filtration should be used to remove undissolved organic contaminants from water, which will significantly increase the efficiency of the entire filtration process.
Rinse the Xport PO4 Cubes in purified water or fresh water with a low solute content. Then place them in a clean container and fill with aquarium water from the target tank. At an initial phosphate concentration of 1 ppm or less, 350 g of XPort PO4 Cubes has the capacity to extract about 10.5 g of phosphate (using 1 g of Xport PO4 Cubes per 1500 l of water allows 0.02 ppm of phosphate to be removed).
Replace the medium when the phosphate concentration stops falling (if the level is higher than 0 ppm) or when it starts to rise. The process of running out of media in aquariums with a low nutrient content may take several months, and this is normal.
Corals and other invertebrates can react negatively to phosphate removal from water too quickly. In this case, reduce the amount of Xport PO4 Cubes filter material by 50% and continue using it until the phosphate concentration in the water drops to an undetectable level.
For optimum results when using Xport PO4 Cubes, regularly measure the phosphate concentration in the water using an accurate droplet aquarium test. Thanks to this, it will be possible to adjust the proper mass of the medium to the actual requirements.
Recommended flow rate: 1-3 times the total volume of water in the tank per hour.
Do not use in fluidization filters. Fluidization reduces the filtration efficiency of the material and may lead to its gradual degradation, which in turn may result in the spread of harmless, but not visually attractive, dust in the aquarium.
Canister filter: Place Xport PO4 in the filter bucket as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Passive filter: place Xport PO4 material freely in the filter mesh of the 800 μm filter bag in a place with low / medium water flow.
Reactor for filtration media: when using this solution, make sure that the material is laid still.
